Sarathi-AI Partner Program — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Any individual or entity with a valid phone number and email can apply. Approval is at Sarathi-AI's sole discretion.
Commission Rate: Default commission is 20% of each referred subscriber's payment. Sarathi-AI reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.
Cooling Period: All earned commissions undergo a mandatory 7-day cooling period before becoming eligible for payout. This protects against chargebacks and refunds.
Payout Process: Payouts are processed via UPI or bank transfer after commissions clear the cooling period. Ensure your payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is ₹100. Amounts below this will be carried forward to the next payout cycle.
Referral Rules: Referrals must be genuine new users. Self-referrals, fake sign-ups, or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in commission reversal and account suspension.
Commission Reversal: If a referred user requests a refund, cancels within the trial period, or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be reversed from your earnings.
Tax Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their commission income as per Indian tax laws.
Code of Conduct: Partners must not make misleading claims about Sarathi-AI's services, use spam tactics, or engage in any activity that harms Sarathi-AI's reputation.
Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. Upon termination, pending verified commissions will still be paid out. Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination without payout.
Modifications: Sarathi-AI may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
